Navanga Meditation: 20-min Navanga Meditation - Week 6 of 8
Intro to meditation - welcome to a journey through inner space! Like traveling through the infinite void of outer space, having a guide will be most helpful. Often, the mind is more difficult to control than the wind, but the yogis and sages of old have conquered their inner universe and have left teachings to help future generations. I will guide you on an inner journey towards self-knowledge. Along the way, you will figure out how to clean up your life and tap into your highest potential.
1) Ideally, you are doing this LIVE with the group. If you are not, it is suggested that you do it at the same time and place each day, if possible.
2) The space you choose should be clean/tidy and free of distractions.
3) You should have very comfortable and stable seat (on a meditation cushion, chair or against a wall)
4) You should keep your eye closed once instructed to begin the meditation and keep them closed until you hear a bell to take you out.
5) For best results, do not a) kill any living being, b) tell lies, c) take what is not yours. You don't have to do any of this, but you might find that your mind will quiet much easier if you follow these guidelines!
6) Exercise regularly and get plenty of rest.
