45 min Vinyasa Yoga All Levels
I'm honored to be a part of the wellness team at Fairway. I am honored to be sharing my passion for yoga for healing, transformation and awakening. When we practice yoga consistent with my lineage, we awaken to our highest potential, both on and off the mat! If you've practiced yoga with me before, you know I teach yoga beyond the postures. We tap into the qualities of mindfulness and concentration/meditation as well.
I will offer a few minutes of relaxation/corpse, breath-work (pranayama) and/or meditation at the end each session.
The format will be:
Opening warm ups - spinal twist or wrist stretches
Sun salutations
Standing postures
Floor postures
Freedom practice/inversions
Closing seated practices or corpse pose
You will need:
non slip yoga mat
sweat towel
2 yoga blocks
Yoga strap or belt
A meditation cushion or pillow on which to sit
A wall to put your legs up or invert against
Once the LIVE class is over, it will be added to the library. If you want REPLAY that class at a later time, on-demand, then you may subscribe for special discounted rate of $7.99 a month for unlimited access 24/7. A big benefit with a subscription is you can practice the same sequence every day for a week and truly see quick progress in body, mind and heart. OR you can enjoy the variety offered each week. You will progress either way!

Do your best. Listen to your body. Follow your breath and what feels good. Do not overstretch. If it hurts and you are out of breath, you need to take a break or modify to keep the breath steady. The goal is to feel better after class, not worse!
