Depends on who shows up to class, I will teach to them. If no one shows up, I'll do my practice and cue along the way.
You might not do everything in the videos. You might only do enough for your body that day and take rest/savasana. Some videos may have variations that are too advanced, so you might work that particular pose or a prep pose for a longer period of time. You have to find a version of any pose that you can hold for 5-10 breaths without strain or pain. Or you may skip parts if it's not right for you and continue on the next pose.
