A guided, breath-based yoga practice that moves at a mindful pace. I'll offer some variations along the way but some experience with modifications will be helpful.
Please always have at least two yoga blocks and a strap or TranBand available for each practice. I also suggest a comfortable seat, i.e. cushion or blanket for the seated practices.
