format update OCT 12, 2020. Various warm-ups followed by basic standing or seated postures, ending in breath-work or guided meditation or relaxation. You'll need a yoga mat, couple yoga blocks and a strap or belt, plus a meditation pillow or something comfortable to sit on.. a sturdy chair will also do.
breathe consciously and follow the feel good. modify when needed. take your time. it's ok to take breaks. leave better than when you started! take at least 12 classes in one month and you will notice an amazing difference!
