This is a quick yoga sequence of sun salutations followed by some core exercises followed by introduction to breath-work and guided meditation or relaxation. You'll need a yoga mat, couple yoga blocks and a strap or belt, plus a meditation pillow or something comfortable to sit on.. a sturdy chair will also do. Make sure you can hear me well.
breathe consciously and follow the feel good. modify when needed. take your time. it's ok to take breaks. leave better than when you started! take at least 12 classes in one month and you will notice an amazing difference!
