Mindfully taught vinyasa practices with simple and specific cues and phrases for all levels. While some of the classes will be a well-rounded practices that touches on all the major joints and muscle groups, others will be themed for a particular pose, class of postures, or pain, e.g. back pain, back-bends, forward-bends, hips, arm-balances, inversions, yoga for digestion, yoga for stress, etc.
Suggestions prior to practice:
1) a quiet place to practice, free of distractions
2) fast, reliable internet
3) good sound/speakers/ear buds
4) yoga mat, towel
5) props: up to 2 yoga straps or Yoga TranBands, 2+ yoga blocks, yoga wheel. whatever else you normally use
6) neti pot and other kriyas/purifications
7) empty bowels and bladder
8) for best results: no heavy meal 2-3 hours before, no liquid within the hour of practice
